Lovely atmosphere great service - I went in during happy hour. The margarita was excellent, the food was okay—I should have had order something else. The tempura could have less batter…I am from Honolulu so that is the way the Japanese serve it.

Love the aesthetics very picturesque dining space and reasonably priced considering location and severe lack of upscale dining options in Arlington. We went during restaurant week but opted out of being limited all food we ordered was good and hot. my only gripe was the egg noodles in the pad Thai were so minced up that they no longer had their renowned shape & they literally were disintegrating into the sauce. Our server Luke was kind and transparent which was refreshing. Definitely worth another visit.

We tried Soy Cowboy during DFW Restaurant Week and overall had a really enjoyable meal. The standout for me, surprisingly, was the Orange Chicken. I normally would never order orange chicken because I don’t usually care for sweet meat dishes, but this felt like exactly what orange chicken should be. It had plenty of citrus flavor without crossing over into that overly sweet, almost dessert-like territory. Really fresh and well balanced- very well done. Had a wonderful time at soycowboy the service from adian and the staff was amazing not to mention the delicious food definitely get the New York strip
