Excellent gym! I've been a member for almost two years now. I was not a regular gym goer before so it was a new experience for me. Everyone is very friendly. The coaches have all done a great job of explaining movements, offering scaling options, and helping me progress in the lifts I've struggled with. The facility is extremely clean and well kept for a place where people are constantly sweating! And I feel a real sense of community with everyone else crazy enough to show up at 5 AM day after day. Soy City CrossFit has ample space, great coaches, and awesome community! I love that they have showers to use, so I can go straight on to work!
