I've been a patient of Sowles-Trauring Dental Partners of Boston for over 20 years, and a patient of Dr. Trauring himself for four or five years. I consider his office the dental equivalent of the Mayo Clinic. Who would have thought to say "fabulous" about your dentist!! Dr Trauring earns the highest grades in all categories and must be one of the very best. Extremely professional, perfectionist with a sense of humor, explains more than you would ever think of asking, sunny offices, friendly staff, and surrounded by an excellent group of collaborative colleagues. Dr. Trauring is amazing. He is definetly one of the best dentists in Boston. The facilities are very high tech and the service is great.
I have been a patient of Dr. Trauring for many years, over the course of which he has been able to help me maintain and protect my problematic teeth. He did a series of inlays years ago which are standing the test of time. Recently, after ages of very patiently allaying my (and my mothers) concerns about fixing my front teeth, Dr. Trauring gave me an awesome new smile. Dr Trauring is the best! My smile is gorgeous, without looking fake like a hollywood movie star. I find I'm smiling alot more than I ever used to. He's a master at his craft... a true perfectionist which is what you want when you're talking about your teeth. He is expensive, but you truly get what you pay for. I've had friends that have done the same as I have with other cheaper dentists, and although their teeth look nice, they have on going problems with their bites which can cause alot of discomfort. I have been a patient of Dr. Charles Trauring for several years. Dr. Trauring has provided excellent service to me at all times. He combines outstanding skill with care and sensitivity for his patients and values his long-standing relationship with them. I recommend him highly. The cost of services is reasonable.
Beautiful facility, pleasant staff, great dentist. Felt at ease and had everything clearly explained to me. Dr. Trauring was patient and incredible knowlegeable.
Dr. Trauring did about 16 gold crowns and onlays for me in the 1970s!!! (I had all kinds of decay under old amalgam fillings... yuck.) I just thought I'd write in and say that it was beautiful work, and is still going strong. It was VERY expensive but you get what you pay for.
