I hired Mr. Sowell to write some letters to a Condominium Association. It was a 'unique' situation and Mr. Sowell usually represents associations, and there is a mindset and bias in that regard. However, from what I have seen from his fees regarding hire for a condominium association and how he progresses from that angle, I believe he deserves 5 stars for representing condominium associations against delinquent tenants and other matters.
