She said she would probably have our taxes done by April 15. She didn't but we had already filed for an extension. So then she said she'd have them ready in 2 weeks. She didn't and didn't answer her phone or return calls. We picked up our tax records and found another accountant. She charged us $75 for our trouble. I'm giving 2 stars thinking maybe it's a fluke
