She is very unprofessional &’ hard to talk to. I’ve been going to Prestera since I was 13 years old &’ now I’m 27. My doctor left for whatever reason, &’ she took his place. She doesn’t give anyone the benifit of doubt. She took me off my medicine that I’ve been taking for YEARS &’ I had to be hospitalized for having seizures. If you’re looking for a Doctor that will listen, is compassionate and caring, keep looking. I respect the degree she holds, but it has given her too much of an ego. She’s rude, her attitude is disgusting and she is an example of why people avoid getting help for mental health issues. I would suggest she find a career that doesn’t involve dealing with people.
