Bad service: they charge you for windows they don't do. They took their check on the kitchen table without saying goodbye and asking if we were happy about the job! NO more!

The service date was 12/2/2020 and I followed with an email on 1/11/2021: "I am sooo sorry that you had this negative experience. With these times and COVID, customers have been distancing themselves which we honor, though this time we offended you and I am sorry. A credit is in your record for $14.85 for the three basement windows, which I can mail to you, though I would ask that you give us a second chance. This company is the BEST. My windows and screens yes they cleaned the screens to look brand new. Wonderful job. Thank you Roy hopefully I get to tailgate with you and the crew.
