Horrible company. Moved in recently the apartment was filthy I didn’t See this in the tour because the lights were off and I was just so naive to think everything was ok. Once I moved in I realized how dirty it was and had 3 dead cockroaches still there . That’s when I knew I made a mistake . Why let someone move in and not clean the unit or have the unit treated for pest . They hardly respond . Idk who’s really over this company. But they suck and don’t care about their tenants . Since my property switched over to this company, I can never make contact with a live person. Always getting 5 days notices, because they haven't rendered my account to the right amount. Just so unsatisfied
