Very unprofessional. I’ve called for almost a week for 410 shurs lane and no response . One rbi g that these apartments are going to learn is customer service is everything . With all of these new apartment complexes opening up, you would think that these places would try to grab who they can . Definitely a red flag !
According to code, heat is not considered essential after April 15, so our boilers are off. It was 36 degrees last night, and even though our local property managers contacted corporate (which is Sovereign) to ask if they could turn them back on, they were instructed to leave the boilers off. Seems like they don't care about people, just the bottom line. My experience working with Sovereign Property Management has been superb! The change of property management contact halfway through lease was such a welcomed change - Cheryl is prompt, polite and truly a pleasure to work with. Anthony, our building's maintenance manager truly valued his work and made us comfortable and addressed any concerns in our apartment. I am sad we moved, but I am so grateful to have been so taken care of in Manayunk!
