Absolutely the worst customer service I have ever experienced. We have had scorpions and spiders inside our home that have bitten in our dog And my girlfriend has two spider bites. This has cost us over $1500. On top of this the place smells like smoke nonstop, which is another health violation, The gates are open at 1 AM and 2 AM just about every night. Iv been living here for 4 years and it’s always the same thing…to get in touch with anyone from the office or maintenance you have to jump through hurdles. Better off going somewhere and save yourself the headache of something constantly breaking in your apartment and having to try to reach management or maintenance
This apartment complex HAS THE WORST SYSTEM for retrieving packages! You’ll never get notified of a delivery on time. It’ll take HOURS before you receive a code to pick up your package!!!! Most times after you retrieve your package, you’ll still get notifications to pick it up. And you also get charged a fee! How wonderful right? It’s so clear that this apartment complex could care less!
So bad customer service. They never picks up the phone neither they call back. Made an appointment for 5pm on thursday and went there at 4:30pm and saw they are closed. Website shows that they are open on thursday and it let me made an appointment. Very bad and poor customer service.
WARNING: DEADLY MOLD IGNORED BY CORPORATE! My health-threatening horror story begins over a year ago, with the first time I noticed black mold coming out of my vents in May of 2024. I reported this as a maintenance issue. A guy came to wipe down the surfaces of the vents, and told me "it was just dust" and "nothing to worry about". It recurred in the fall of 2024, around October, same deal - I reported it, and they brushed it off again.
