Its a cozy place. I really like the heated table. I'd never experienced that before, its a great idea. Jasmin takes her time to assess her clients and determine the best options for a massage. It isn't the same routine massage performed every time you visit. That makes her a pro, assessing what is needed and adjusting her approach every time.

I have been having massages at Sovereign Body Massage for at least 8 years. I started with basic Swedish Massage and currently get Therapeutic Massages from Claire. I intend to add Swedish Massage with Jasmin to my routine. I have had wonderful results throughout my years with Claire. Just had my first massage with Jasmin and was very impressed. Jasmin was professional, very pleasant and gave me a great massage. I have already booked my next appointment.

I booked an appointment with Claire in hopes she could help me with neck and shoulder pain, caused by years of poor posture. Claire's technique is more specialized than I've experienced in the past. She approached my pain like a scientist - poking, prodding, and testing the movement of my muscle groups to see the origins of my tension with expert understanding. I have been going to Claire for almost a year for a chronic issue and her service of Neuromuscular pain relief has been a game changer for me. I have had many massages over the years to help with the issue, but her neuromuscular massage has made significant improvement. I have used both Claire and Jasmin and both are exceptional massage therapists. They both spend the time to make sure we are focused on the right areas with the right approach.
