I have been going to Sovereign Body Massage for neuromuscular pain relief services over a year and absolutely love it! I suffer from a lot of neck, hip, and general joint pain and the sessions really help ease the pain and help me maintain flexibility to prevent future issues. Claire has been working with me for years now, and I would give her 10/5 stars if I could. I lift 3-4 times a week; and she always does amazing work balancing out my hips, releasing my lats, quads,, pecs, etc... when I get them all bound up (constantly). I can't recommend booking her enough.
