Lived here for two years. Edgewater is an excellent neighborhood especially with the new Whole Foods nearby. The building hasn't been upgraded a whole lot and is sort of like an old hotel from The Shining. The heat was uncontrollable in the penthouse we were at. The Thai restaurant on the ground floor was pretty good and the Edgewater Athletic Club was awesome. Great locale nearby the lake and the Red Line, but the apartment needed a lot of fixes. And they ripped up the rooftop deck for some reason. Anyway it was a fine plac... read more
