I called to get an appointment for my son. I was told I would receive a call back. Five hours later no call. I called back to get update was told they called me back and left VM. I did not receive call or VM. I’ve been on stand by with a sick child waiting for the call. Was told the office couldn’t be reached and the representative had a long Sigh and hung up on me!!!!! This place is unclean and falling apart. We just moved here and went to try to find a ped, I knew in the waiting room I didn’t want to use this office but didn’t want to be rude for leaving right away. The provider was fine (I can’t remember her name, Aubrey or Audrey), she was kind and seemed knowledgeable but I couldn’t over look how gross this place was.

If it was possible not to give a star I wouldn’t give one. I have been trying to get my daughter in for months now. And they say they are full. But today my daughter is really sick congestion sinus, vomiting (no fever). They say they can’t see her because of the potential of it spreading to other patients. Y’all have the well room! Or could have seen her later, but for you to say that. You going to turn everyone away that could possibly be contagious?
