This is by far the worst experience I have ever had from any healthcare! This is supposed to be a time for comfort and reliability and all I have received is stress and aggravation. I should be able to call anytime and rely on service but all I get is how busy they are and their problems on getting someone out to take care of my mom! We have had to wait hours and days for someone to come out! We are now in need of someone to come everyday and we are transferring to Mountain Valley. Some nurse are good but as a whole they are more concerned about saving money than taking care of your loved ones. They do the very bare minimum.
