DoorDash delivery drivers need a place to drop off food. I delivered an order to the Emergency department for a surgeon and security said I had to hand it to the surgeon who was literally unable to leave the operating room to retrieve it. I will change my review when I personally receive contact info and a solution has been provided. Feedback is appreciated I get that but how about offering a solution Kari.
I don't know why I always hear bad things about the Danville ER. I have had to visit the ER due to an ongoing health issue over the past 3 years and have ended up in Danville several times. I have always found the staff friendly, helpful and haven't ever had a bad experience with the Dr's or the service. In my opinion as someone who has to visit the ER, I'm happy to go to SOVA in Danville.
yall need to have a place for doordash deliveries to be dropped off so we dont have to deal with security guards mouths. it is not dashers jobs to wait for the employee to catch a break to come get their lunch and we dont expect someone who works in e.r. to drop what they are doing to come retrieve it.
The attitude from the security guard who took a picture of my tags because he couldn't do anything else was the attitude of a child. I as well as he is lucky I stayed in the car. He almost got to see what ugly really looks like and need I speak about the care people receive there? I think the reviews speak for themselves. The doctors are great but the other staff, oof
