It almost seems like the response from the owner is scripted and automated too. Every single response says the exact same thing. At least with atrium here in nc they actually respond in different ways. That’s a red flag for me. Sorry Sovah Danville but judging by these reviews someone needs to get their crap together.
I went to the hospital at 630 and was waiting in the ER for at least 6 hours before being seen. I usually don't leave negative reviews, but that's how you know the service there is HORRIBLE. It's under new management and still horrible. It was a cool doctor and nurse there but some of the others from the receptionist with the locs and some of the nurses are pretty rude. Do better!
I was in there a while ago for a suicide attempt and an officer who was assigned to watch me looked me dead in my eyes and told I was acting like this all was a game. (Obviously, I was out of it and not really there because I had just tried to kill myself and had not been ok for a while!!!?? My son was hospitalized there for his schizophrenia. I was extremely skeptical based on our previous experiences with the ER. My son was initially sent to a hospital a few miles from DC, and it was such a horrid experience. I brought him home and then he was admitted here in Danville. The staff contacted me within one day which as his guardian to me is very important. They worked with me on his plan kept me informed and were so kind and patient with him nursing him back to health.
