Husband went there, not able to climb onto the table of mri machine, no help offered, no stool to get up. Was in extreme pain and frustrated, staff was unkind. Went to another city a year later scheduled with a specialist with a great staff who asked ahead of time if he needed help getting up to the machine and they helped. My father waited 3 weeks for "approval for insurance" on a scan to determine what kind of cancer he had. 3 weeks was far too long. They offered no immediate help and he passed away 3/4 due to lack of early intervention.
I had a ct scan and everybody working was very nice.
