For transparency: I was looking at the 2002 F-250 that has been listed for nearly a year. During my interactions, I was told it had been used off-site at a construction location. When I test drove it, the transmission felt sluggish and hesitant between shifts, like it wasn’t engaging cleanly. I offered $2,500 + taxes/fees. Bought a car in September for our sick mother for her birthday and we noticed there was a leak immediately but was told by them it was nothing turns out the whole transmission is shot. They are not willing to even work with us on it.
I bought a great truck with very low mileage for the year of the truck. Donna was great to work with and they gave me a great deal. She was very helpful and sent extra pictures to me since I was across the state and unable to view the truck in person. Donna and her daughter were very honest and pleasant to work with during the buying process. My main complaint is that the truck was listed as being black, but it was actually charcoal. I bought the truck anyway due to the quality of the truck.
Sova Auto was the 2nd place we stopped to find a used car in sort of a hurry. We found a Subaru Outback on the lot in pretty decent shape. Someone must check out the vehicles pretty well before they purchase them to sell. I could not be more satisfied with the purchase. I would definitely shop at Sova again. They were very fast in getting us out the door and in order. I read several complaints/reviews that the title end up not "clean" but I won't be concerned about that if its not.
