I always have such a great experience at Souul Studio. My young daughter had a haircut by Bryony and it was honestly the best cut she has ever had. She managed to thin it out to the right thickness to make it more manageable for her. Gemma also recently did my makeup for a special event and it was perfect — she made me feel so comfortable and it looked amazing. The salon has a beautiful atmosphere. It’s one of those places where you feel genuinely looked after, and you always leave feeling your best. Highly recommend.
I had the pleasure of getting my hair washed and blowed dried by the lovely Bryony, I had surgery the week prior so my hair was in a state, Bryony was really attentive and made sure I was comfortable as she worked her magic! The whole studio has a really warm and welcoming feel, everyone said hello on arrival or as I walked past which made me feel less self conscious. Would highly recommend :)
Unfortunately I had a terrible experience dealing with the management and staff (or lack of) at Souul studio. I had been trying to get an appointment with a stylist by trying to call the business at least twice a day for a few days and had left messages with no replies or acknowledgment Till a few days after I had given up I received a phone call letting me know they had an appointment available and could they could book me in so I took the appointment because I was desperate. I had my hair done by Bryony just before Christmas. My hair was a hot mess, she did a wonderful job with my colour and it has faded out nicely too. I had to bring my 10 month old baby with me, everyone in the salon were very welcoming of us and was such a relaxed vibe.
I had the pleasure of having Bryony do my hair a few weeks back. She’s such a lovely human and I couldn’t fault the cut, foils, toner and style she did for me. Perfect. Thank you!
