5/1/2026 Update: Imagine finally receiving a response from Mr. Southworth who manages to make social media postings his full time job as of late with excuses to cover up him dodging my communications for three weeks. Then subtracts $10,000.00 from refund due to me on top of what he received for the 1 successful claim. Essentially for all of my suffering for 4 years, I am walking away with an additional $3,000.00 and he walks away with five figures. Make it make sense. I’ve had a great experience with Southworth PC Law Firm. Lashanda Thompson has been especially wonderful to work with—she is experienced, knowledgeable, and truly supportive. $20,000 down the drain over 7 years. "Oh you have a great case." But still couldn't prove my claims, probably because he can't articulate clear claims. What’s the difference between a good lawyer and a great lawyer? A good lawyer knows the law; a great lawyer knows the judge. This guy? He doesn't even know which building he's in.
I normally don’t feel the need to leave reviews based solely on consultations. Either they want the case or they don’t, and that’s usually the end of it. But SouthWorth stood out to me because they advertise heavily to federal employees, including their YouTube channel.
