Maintenance is always courteous, friendly and does job in timely manner. Always prepared with tools and possible parts for the job.
On a recent evening, while unloading groceries, I noticed two unfamiliar individuals smoking near the entrance. Shortly after I entered my apartment, I heard what sounded like gunshots and when I looked out the window, one of the young ladies was holding a huge knife. The following morning, I discovered that a neighbor’s vehicle had been vandalized—door handles were removed, the car was marked up, and the tires were damaged. I love this property. The staff and maintenance workers are exceptional. They are courteous, understanding and care about their tenants. I have resided in this property almost 9 years, and I do not plan on moving no time soon.
Ac unit hasn't worked since moving in. Made multiple requests to get it fixed. Maintenance came by twice and it didn't work. They replaced the entire ac unit and it still doesn't work. No solutions offered. Its 75 degrees outside today and 91 degrees in my apartment
