Cockroaches, flies, literal bucket of excrement in water that sat outside for months without ever being addressed, when I moved in my tap and toilet leaked and the issue was solved after 3 visits but the constant flooding caused the floor to stain. During tornado season I reached out multiple times to see if there was somewhere to bunker for residents and never actually got any response from management. Some of the doors to the buildings don't even lock. The community of residents are nice though!
