i asked for maintainance two times but both times they did not fix things properly .

I am from Edmonton but have twice now visited a senior friend residing at Southwood Village in LLOYDMINSTER. I have to say this building is unkept. Unsafe. Both doors into the building have broken handles, allowing anyone to gain entry, leaving tenants at a disadvantage and unsafe. As well as this, the outdoor parking lot is in a state of disarray with plug in posts completely pulled out of the ground and trampled, rendering it unserviceable as well as unsightly. Overall great application and move in process! Haleigh was amazing! There were few minor issues such as not having the correct amount given for fees upon move in, and the apartment wasn’t the cleanest when we arrived, stains on cabinets and floors. Other than that everything has been good!
