UPDATE: have lived her almost a year now and have NEVER heard back from the management about ANY concerns I’ve ever had. I have to figure it out myself or text on of the maintenance man who so generously gave me his phone number after telling me he knows management is terrible at communication. They recently changed our wifi but didn’t tell us when they’d be switching, which left me, a college student without wifi for almost a week (again no response when asking for clarification). Management is not responsive and doesn’t seem to care. They also took a huge chunk from the security deposit for cleaning when I moved out and had no proof of the “full clean” that was apparently needed. Wouldn’t live here again or recommend to anyone.

Management asked us to move into a different apartment less than a week before we were scheduled to move in and told us everything would be transferred properly. My boyfriend and I didn’t really want to but figured we’d be helping them out and making it easier for them. We Moved into our apartment and there was no free wifi, called the office and didn’t get a call back for 5 days, then we had to set up wifi ourselves and wait 2 weeks for them to come install it.
