Kitchen setup here already had a dishwasher n microwave which saved me so much move in stress ngl. Dining area overlooking the living room makes the whole space feel bigger than it actually is. Genuinely happy with this unit
Not having in unit laundry sounded annoying at first but honestly the on site facilities are convenient enough that i don't even think about it anymore. Way better than hauling stuff to a laundromat like i used to
My roommate n i went with the 2 bedroom n signed a 5 year lease since we're both staying long term. Layout genuinely surprised us with how much space there was. AC's been solid too, wasn't sure what to expect going into summer
Having an in-ground pool right on the property is the best part of summer here. After a long week of classes, hanging out by the water with friends without leaving home is pure peace. Super clean n well kept.
The AC has honestly been clutch during the warmer days. I like coming home after being out all day and being able to cool the place down pretty quickly. Between that and the overall layout, the apartment feels really comfortable to actually live in.
