I would put zero stars if I could. 1) Management is passive aggressive, will not answer your requests / concerns. 2) People neglect their dogs here so all you can hear is barking, barking, barking, barking. ITS MAKING ME LITERALLY LOSE MY MIND. don’t try to do college work, bark bark bark bark! 3) Oh and how could I forget the cops/first responders literally being here once a week at MINIMUM live laugh love 💗. When I moved in, I found the carpet and ventilation system were filthy, which was unacceptable. Additionally, I discovered that the AC had been running all the time before my arrival without any prior notification, leading to unnecessary energy consumption and expense.

A few downsides- 1. The monthly rent dropped by $100 a few days after we signed the lease and we had to stick to the higher rent. 2. We were told by leasing staff that the carpet will be professionally cleaned, but it was not. Besides the stains all over the place, terrible dust existed. The picture showed what we got after vacuum cleaning it. We cleaned a bunch of someone else’s hair and stuff from the vacuum cleaner which was extremely horrible. 3.
