Management is not responsive and doesn’t seem to care. They also took a huge chunk from the security deposit for cleaning when I moved out and had no proof of the “full clean” that was apparently needed. Wouldn’t live here again or recommend to anyone.
Management asked us to move into a different apartment less than a week before we were scheduled to move in and told us everything would be transferred properly. My boyfriend and I didn’t really want to but figured we’d be helping them out and making it easier for them. We Moved into our apartment and there was no free wifi, called the office and didn’t get a call back for 5 days, then we had to set up wifi ourselves and wait 2 weeks for them to come install it. I would put zero stars if I could. 1) Management is passive aggressive, will not answer your requests / concerns. 2) People neglect their dogs here so all you can hear is barking, barking, barking, barking. ITS MAKING ME LITERALLY LOSE MY MIND. don’t try to do college work, bark bark bark bark! 3) Oh and how could I forget the cops/first responders literally being here once a week at MINIMUM live laugh love 💗.
