My husband and I worked with Jerri Nelson and Mark Southwood for the purchase of our first home. Jerri was great to work with because I felt like she really stood up for our interests and helped us negotiate a fair price for our home. She was also really great about responding anytime especially on weekends when random questions would pop in my head! Mark was also really wonderful and during our closing we forgot to bring the tax exemption stamp and he went and picked it up for us himself!! I would recommend them both!
Outstanding agent. Chris Brooks of the Southwood Team took lots of time with us, answered all our questions, if he did not know an answer at first, he always found the answers for us. He was very attentive, fast to respond to any of our needs. He was not a high pressure salesman, he was honest and patient with us. Chris is a great guy, without all the pushy salesman nonsense.
