This is a good area to live in. The dog exercise area is very spacious. The neighbors are generally quiet, but I lived in a lower floor and could always hear the neighbors above me. You get used to it after a while, but I wouldn't recommend living on the bottom floor. The inside is very nice with updated appliances. Management generally takes care of all issues.
