Love this place! Open & Sunny! I lived in a 2bed/2bath for 5 years.The bedrooms are separated so it seems bigger. Nice big windows across the front and back of the apartment letting in sunshine or air. Big dining room. Lots of storage nice neighborhood. Moran Prairie Library and Albertsons grocery store are very close. Donny, the manager, is great.
We lived in Southwood Park for about 3 years. Every place will have its pros and cons but all-in-all it's really a pretty good place to live. The apartments are pretty spacious, it's a quiet place, plenty of parking. Don the manager is good and is always available. He's super personable and was helpful when we needed to switch to a month to month arrangement. The rent was relatively cheap, we never felt gouged on move in/rent/move out expenses.
