***RECENT EDIT*** I have been living here for close to 2 years now and still feel this is the best place in Regina to live BY FAR!! I started off in a one-bedroom unit and upgraded to a two-bedroom unit when my lease was up for renewal. Both places are probably the largest apartments I have ever been in. My current place is bigger than many homes. The management team is great; they respond to concerns promptly (not that there are many), and they are always friendly. Good place to live and quiet neighbours and management is very nice and quick to respond to any issues you have. Would recommend!
Compared to other older buildings I would say it’s one of the best in the city. Great location, easy access anywhere. Pool and grass areas beautiful. Property management and maintenance staff are friendly and do their best to address all concerns brought to their attention. A lot of long term renters which is great . There will always be the odd menace's /trouble makers that pop up but over all great neighbours.
