Good place to live and quiet neighbours and management is very nice and quick to respond to any issues you have. Would recommend!
Compared to other older buildings I would say it’s one of the best in the city. Great location, easy access anywhere. Pool and grass areas beautiful. Property management and maintenance staff are friendly and do their best to address all concerns brought to their attention. A lot of long term renters which is great . There will always be the odd menace's /trouble makers that pop up but over all great neighbours.
Horrible place to live. Do not move here. Mold, cut backs, drugs, thief's selling items in the hallway. Management plays favorites and doesn't care.
Apartments are spacious, area is quiet, lawn and parking lots in the complex are well maintained. Employees are friendly and helpful.
I highly recommend Southwood Greene Apartments. The management here is superb! They are attentive and really care about their tenants. Five stars!
