I’ve rented at Southwood Greene Apartments in south Regina for 5 years. The management and maintenance teams are top-notch and respond to issues immediately. This company cares about their clients and properties, and have been doing continuous improvements. Feels like home!
Great place to live. I've only been here for a short time now but it's amazing. The 2 lady's that manage the building are probably some of the nicest people I've ever met and truly seem to care about their tenants. Upon move in I noticed a few things and they were fixed within 24 hours. The building itself it so quiet I feel like I'm at the lake, not in the city.
