The facility is clean and very well maintained, and the staff are compassionate and professional. I am confident that my friend is being exceedingly well cared for. If yesterday was any indication, my friend smiles, engages and is visibly happier than he has been in recent years. Facilities of this type are rarely perfect and rarely are visitors happy going in and out to make regular visits happen. They made a traumatic time even worse. Terrible care provided at end of life, the religious leader had to be told to leave the room. No one was quiet and when we asked to put up a sign to ask for quiet we were given weird looks. It’s taken years to write this review and I hope things have changed. Awful place, I can’t even drive past it anymore.
