The guy that now owns and renovated these apartments bought the building and kicked everyone who was living there out. Some people owed money while others did not. I received a unlawful eviction notice. When I moved out, my apartment was infested with cockroaches from the previous tenants and my floor was collapsing. The apartment beneath me had black mold.
