Basically tricked into signing a lease on a really hot day while house less and they trick you into paying $1,250 a month cheapest unit they got. They also act like they give you a one late rent payment for free but they used it right when I moved in on a mistake they made ( not applying promo before the late fee was applied) they have fees for the utilities being through them and gave us the wrong address and made us figure it out on our own. Zero out of 10 would not recommend. They asked me to leave a review So here it is. The amount of amenity fees Is ridiculous. I don’t understand why there’s a trash fee when my trash hasn’t been picked up a single time in the 30 days I’ve been living here. I don’t understand why there’s a Pest Control fee when the place was infested with bugs before I even moved in a single piece of furniture. Also there are rats all over the outside area. I have live here almost to the end of my lease and they did nothing to fix my frigerator. And they have the worst maintenance right now and I put in work for them to fix my sliding door for all most a year and they never fix it. And also beware of people around there they lie and steal stuff off of people porch and balcony and patio.

Once I seen the unit I realized I should just go sleep on my car or a half way house it's got a real garage feel to it here. There was a roach nest I had to clean up and still after 2 weeks and doing my own pest control I'm finding roaches coming out of the pipes and gaps.
