I would strongly advise anyone considering this place to look elsewhere. The entire complex is infested with rats and roaches, making it an incredibly dirty and uncomfortable environment to live in. On top of that, the rent prices are extremely high for what you actually get. Security is a huge issue as well—there have been multiple break-ins, stolen property, and acts of vandalism, and nothing seems to be done to improve safety. Living here has been extremely disappointing. The complex is consistently dirty, with ongoing issues of rats and roaches that management has failed to address. For the high rent being charged, the apartments are uncomfortable and do not reflect the value advertised. Safety is also a major concern there have been multiple break-ins, stolen property, and acts of vandalism throughout the complex, with little to no preventative action taken.
