My daughter Cristal and I moved to Southwood Apartments on May 1st, 2016! This is the perfect location if you have elementary school aged kids because John Hoeven Elementary is literally right next door. There’s a park within walking distance. Shopping centers are close by as well. Southwood is a secure community and very quiet. Our apartment is very spacious we have a two bedroom, two full bathrooms and a two car garage. We love it here.
Clean hallway, if we had any problems the landlord dealt with it. It's been a good first experience
Very nice and clean space, property manager made sure the floors, lighting, carpet were all resonated or just replaced. As well as the washing machine being replaced with a new one. For someone moving into their first apartment this was a great and eye opening experience. All thanks to Kylie for making all that happen!!!!!
