Waste of time. I had an appointment set up weeks prior to view an apartment. Not only was no leasing agent there to show me around, they wouldn't answer the phone either. Every time I would try and call or text, no one would answer, ever. It was a 1 out of 20 chance someone would get back to you. Very annoying since the pictures look great, as I really wanted to get a look around.
I tried to view an apartment here. I show up at 10:30am for the appointment, see no leasing agent around so I call the office. I got no answer and was eventually reach out to through text by 11am. She couldn't show up and didn't let me know until I had already drove out. She then tries to get maintenance to unlock the apartment. Another 30 minutes pass before I was asked to reschedule.
