Don’t even bother with submitting an emergency maintenance request… it will be ignored. My sink is backed up causing any water in my sink to drain into my dishwasher and then onto my floor. Management has told me that maintenance will be out As soon as possible. Management will then stop communicating with you on the estimated time after several attempts of reaching out.

If you’re looking to rent an apartment with these people be sure to know that the building manager or the realtor one is very rude. Not only was the apartment not ready which was fine but when I called them today 12/15/25 due to an apartment that I had just viewed and wanted to make inquire on another apartment in the building and she would not let me even speak.

Waste of time. I had an appointment set up weeks prior to view an apartment. Not only was no leasing agent there to show me around, they wouldn't answer the phone either. Every time I would try and call or text, no one would answer, ever. It was a 1 out of 20 chance someone would get back to you. Very annoying since the pictures look great, as I really wanted to get a look around.

I tried to view an apartment here. I show up at 10:30am for the appointment, see no leasing agent around so I call the office. I got no answer and was eventually reach out to through text by 11am. She couldn't show up and didn't let me know until I had already drove out. She then tries to get maintenance to unlock the apartment. Another 30 minutes pass before I was asked to reschedule. I couldn't since I took time off of work for the viewing. She asked for more time which i figured why not. By 12 I finally hear back, mainten... read more
