For one Kalya is amazing and the only one who gets things done. Apartments have small roaches inside and have a bad odor. When asked about pest control it took over a month for anyone to come out. Valet trash comes at random times when they please. They don’t clean the breeze ways. There’s HUGE spiders and webs everywhere. Trash is always piled up. It’s cheap but not worth it.
I move in November and since I have been here , I'm getting a funky smell coming from the kitchen sink, I'm observe mold in the master bedroom by the window , I'm also seeing small roaches in my apartment. I'm paying for valet trash and they come when they feel like .Trash been sitting outside my apartment for sometime 2 -3 days and I'll have to go dump it myself at the dumpster. It’s been about a month since my family and i moved out. We moved in at the beginning of July, I wasn’t too excited about it because I missed New England, but the apartments and GA as a whole grew on me (and my daughter & her dad). All our neighbors were kind, friendly, and welcoming. My toddler, who was previously very shy of everyone, was able to make friends.
