The office is extremely unprofessional. Either Jaslyn is not honest or she is seriously undertrained. Random fees are added without explanation, and I was contacted at 5:42 PM and pressured to make a payment by 6:00 PM the same day or face late fees. I paid a $400 pet fee at her request and was explicitly told to ignore all other fees because they would be removed. I followed those instructions, and the fees were in fact removed.
