Office staff is great. Always address and concerns I have! Mr.Brian is one of the best maintenance personnel I've encountered, he goes above and beyond, very courteous, respectful, always resolves my issues on site. I really appreciate him, very comfortable with him it's almost like he's family, he's very involved in the community keeping it clean and pretty! We love living here and Mr. Brian and Mr. Jack have made us feel very welcomed! Highly recommend living here!
Brian is top of the line maintenance he is very efficient with his work and time he does a amazing job when work orders and gets it done and he does a great job he is very professional polite and very knowledgeable with his work and very trustworthy Southwind cove is very lucky to have a maintenance man like Brian and we have been looking very clean and professional and decent looking since he has been here as maintenance glad to have him as maintenance and I feel secure and confident
Brian is the absolute best matanaince worker here at Southwinds Cove. He fixed all the issues i have been having since I first moved in. He truly knows what he is doing and im thankful he works here.
