It has been over a month that our closet rack fell apart and we still cant get an eta of when the part will arrive. We have our clothes all over our room. Its just a mess. Nobody knows nothing. Nobody can give us any details they only tell us to wait and that is when and if they pick up the phone in the office. We need this to be fixed! Enough is enough! Something needs to be done!! I just wanna first start but thanking Jack and desire for being so professional through my whole entire process ! I have never gotten a warmth welcome the way these 2 have gave me . From the beginning to the end communication was kept up , all the way through. When it wasn’t from one it was from the other . These 2 are the best front office staff you can work with ! Thank you guys for a great experience and reassuring me through every step. I look forward to my stay here .
Ive been here awhile now. Every time I put in a maintenance ticket, for something that needs to be fixed or replaced. Maintenance always just do a quick fix, which results back to the same issue shortly after. I did put in a ticket for my pantry door falling out, my 3 taps leaking badly and a dishwasher that had been fixed continuously over the years, they always said it's fixed!
