No hot water for 3 days now. Christmas 2022, no hot water in freezing cold temperatures.

Maintenance problems are rare, Maintenance technicians are fast when responding to technical issues, I give them 5/5, Complaints against abusive neighbors 0/5, so much Complaints none or ZERO results, abusive neighbors resulting to restlessness and lack of sleep coz of parties after hours, made complaints to the Property Manager, zero action, felt like parties are tolerable after hours when hardworking residents needs rest and sleep. POOR MANAGEMENT.

PROPERTY MANAGER tolerates parties after hours, I made complaints to tenants living at Apartment 3, not to mention what street I'm in, but "she" knows, never made an action of those complaints partying at Apt.3 continues, and I believe illegal activities as well, pot house, drug activities, you name it they have it at Apt.3, I wish I have the main office number and I hope they'll render an investigation and have this kind of tenants evicted, been paying the right amount the property's asking, but never get the peace of mind ... read more
