I have lived at Southwind Villas for almost 5 years. I love the place. Everyone is so warm and welcoming in this office. They've gone out of their way several times to help me. And the maintenance are terrific. They always come right away to fix anything that's wrong. I would recommend Southwind Villas to anyone who is looking for an apartment.
Ok these are decent apartments and have a garage - a good floorplan which felt like a home. however all the luxuries were negated by the bugs and the high utilities. I had a problem with black bugs and silverfish the entire time I lived here (9 months). In addition, these people are difficult and will hit you with cleaning fees when you leave.
