I would rather die than have to live here any longer.
I moved into Southwind in June 2024 and even had issues before I got my keys. The paperwork was not handled properly, and management tried to delay my move-in by a week even though I had no other place to stay. From the start, I documented problems in my unit, including scratches on doors, an unpainted wall, cobwebs, and a dryer that hadn’t been cleaned. The dryer later caught fire due to lint buildup. I HAVE BEEN HERE 3 YRS I HAVE SEEN THE GOOD AND THE BAD WE NOW HAVE A NEW MANAGEMENT COMPANY AGAIN I WAS TOLD BY RPM MANAGEMENT I WOULD GET A 200 DOLLAR CREDIT FOR RENUNING MY LEASE LIKE I DID THE YEAR BEFORE NOW THEY AR GONE DONT TRUST THE OFFICE I HAVE BEEN WAITING FOR 3 MONTHS NOE ALL NEW STAFF .
A mi parecer se burlan de uno como residente al ver que no hablamos Inglés y que soy emigrante estaba muy emocionada por llegar a este edificio pero la atención por parte del personal en especial la manager es malo.
