A mi parecer se burlan de uno como residente al ver que no hablamos Inglés y que soy emigrante estaba muy emocionada por llegar a este edificio pero la atención por parte del personal en especial la manager es malo. Terrible place mold, maintenance don’t come fix anything and if they do it doesn’t look like they know what they are doing, the pool is never fixed , nothing works in workout room, ur basically paying for everything that you can’t use, if you have pets and ur air stops working in summertime ur cooked u & ur pets will be suffering 🤷♂️
God awful place to live. Building is falling apart and nothing is being done about it. I will bring up to the tenant association putting everyone's rent into escrow accounts until the complex corrects all maintenance complaints.
No one showed for my scheduled and confirmed appointment with this company. The door said someone would return by 10am. My appointment was at 1pm. There was another resident stating they couldn’t communicate with the staff to get their lease renewed. A former member of the cleaning team also showed up stating they never received payment for their work in over a year.
LOL - are these pictures for an insurance claim? garbage pile outside a dumpster, junk piled in the garage, coThinstruction, paint peeling on doors? This is just sad...
