Me and my boyfriend have lived here for about a month now and so far I like it. The management is friendly with pretty good communication. It’s pretty quiet, we’ve met some nice people, and also seems like people keep to themselves. When I’ve made maintenance requests they got handled pretty fast. I first moved in had no hot water, made a maintenance request it got taken care of about 2 hours later but my apartment was very dirty and I had to deep clean the bathroom, kitchen and washer/dryer. Moved in about 2 months ago! We love it. Super pretty and spacious home to live in. Very nice and quiet place with a great pool. Staff are super helpful and fast to solve problems you have. Very easy to talk to. Great walking areas around as well!
I lived here from '00-'05. When I moved out, my sister moved into the same apartment and lived there for 20 years. I also moved back to a unit up the hill from '08-'09, at which time I bought my house. This used to be a great place, now it's an embarrassment. The grounds are not kept up, and the buildings are even worse. The parking garages are dimly lit cesspools of garbage and filth. When I lived there in '08 my work van was broken into multiple times.
