I HAVE BEEN HERE 3 YRS I HAVE SEEN THE GOOD AND THE BAD WE NOW HAVE A NEW MANAGEMENT COMPANY AGAIN. IT IS NICE TO SEE IMPROVEMENTS ON THE PROPERTY NEW ROOF DEAD TREES REMOVED AND HEAT IS ON IN THE GARAGE .KEEP UPTHE GOOD WORK.
a few years ago i could’ve given this complex a three star review because the apartments aren’t terribly small and prices aren’t awful, but the crime has gone up so exponentially that it’s really really not safe to live here anymore especially as a woman and as you can see from other reviews, there are safety hazards everywhere. and by crime, i mean, cars were constantly broke into, MOST of the packages i ordered got stolen if i didn’t grab them within a couple hours, robberies, and probably a lot more crime i never even hea... read more
Update 11/4/25: Southwind Village Apartment do NOT have a current or valid renters license. The last renters license Southwind Village has expired in 2022. If you’re still living here, I would recommend to put your rent in escrow. Attached below is a response from Homeline- a free legal advice when it comes to renters in MN.
