WIFI is the Worst example I've ever seen. It is basically, not available. The WIFI help number on customer pamphlet is useless, it is a Spectrum general helpline and requires the Southwinds Account# All our work requiring Internet or even a simple Kindle download all stops here. Beautiful location but we weren't paying to get away from it all I listened in on the owners meeting today and didn't hear anything of value to address this ongoing "RENTER" concern.
Great location and enjoyed the view from the balcony during my stay. Staff was friendly and willing to help. Would definitely stay again.
