Lived at Southwind Prairie for almost 2 years and really enjoyed it. Extra large/deep garages, good floor plans, very nice community pool and patio area, close to downtown LG. Amy, the property manager, is excellent to work with. Maintenance requests always handled quickly. Friendly neighborhood, close to the park.
Amy and her team are wonderful to work with. Apartment units are very spacious and clean! The pool and clubhouse are great amenities as well, been living at Southwind for 5 years now and couldn’t be happier with the staff and neighbors, highly recommend!
We lived in our Southwind apartment for approximately 18 months and loved it! Maintenance was always prompt and reliable. Amy and the staff were friendly, professional and quick to answer any of our questions. If you are looking for a safe, welcoming environment, we recommend Southwind apartments.
I have lived here for 13 years. I wanted an apartment complex with enclosed parking, safety, peace & quiet, clean buildings, and nice running areas. These all still hold true today. The neighbors are friendly, and I rarely have maintenance issues. The complex is well maintained and snow clearing is quick in the winter.
