received excellent dental care from the clinicians at Southwind, but the billing and administrative process was extremely frustrating. Over several months, I encountered inconsistent statements, conflicting instructions from staff, and handwritten notes that did not clarify balances. Staff repeatedly told me to disregard invoices, and when I escalated questions, I was not given clear answers or a path to reconcile my account. Great customer service. The staff was super nice and Dr. Wilson always made sure I was comfortable during the procedure.

Becca gave me the most gentle cleaning I’ve had in a long while. Traveled from Lawrence to Topeka for a make-up appt. and I wish she was based in Lawrence and could be my full time hygienist.
