Our business relationship started on poor terms. You lied to us about the duration of the presentation and your people used despicable sales tactics to coerce a sale. When we tried to leave, your rep used blatant intimidation and threw his keys(!) Unfortunately, every attempt to leave was met with a revolving barrage of sales vipers who did nothing but hound us.Your usage policies are inane. Truly. The accommodation was adequate. Beds very comfortable but the a/c was freezing in some rooms and hot in others. The pool nearby was very nice with comfortable lounge chairs but only 2 or 3 umbrellas. The pool temperature was too warm and not refreshing. Living room furniture was inadequate for a 3 bedroom unit and too old. Sleeper sofa very uncomfortable with pillows/cushions flat and worn.
