I am so thankful that Southwind lake apt complex is under new management. The apartment manager Chun, assistant manager Takerra and leasing manager Destiny do a tremendous job at replying to my calls for repairs. I’ve been in this complex going on 5 years. It is also a very secure complex thanks to the complex being in the Shelby county’s sheriffs office jurisdiction. I highly recommend anybody looking for a apartment with a good leasing staff to put in application
I had a great experience with c h u n and Tasha and Dominique. I'm so glad to have them back in the community because they know how to greet people and have smiles and know how to get the job done and they always take out time to hear what the problem might be and solve it. And if you do not understand they take the time to explain it. Andtake time out showing the apartments. And ready to answer any questions. Southwind lake are horrible apartments and I do not recommend these apartments to anyone. I drive a Dodge Charger and the 2nd week within me staying into the apartments my rearview mirror was stolen along with my tag. My refrigerator would always go out, leaving my food spoil. My hot water tank would always leak leaving my carpet soaking wet. Honestly you're really paying those overcharged rent prices for the view of the apartment because inside was horrible. When I first moved in I notice mildew paint on the walls, tub was ... read more
