It is VERY IMPORTANT that you keep a paper trail in writing for everything you’re told by the office staff. Especially when dealing with Shun - the property manager. They are dishonest in that office and will set you up however they can if you don’t keep copies of all receipts and get everything you’re told in writing. It has always been avery good place to live.
I am so thankful that Southwind lake apt complex is under new management. The apartment manager Chun, assistant manager Takerra and leasing manager Destiny do a tremendous job at replying to my calls for repairs. I’ve been in this complex going on 5 years. It is also a very secure complex thanks to the complex being in the Shelby county’s sheriffs office jurisdiction. I highly recommend anybody looking for a apartment with a good leasing staff to put in application
I had a great experience with c h u n and Tasha and Dominique. I'm so glad to have them back in the community because they know how to greet people and have smiles and know how to get the job done and they always take out time to hear what the problem might be and solve it.
