Whatever you do DO NOT RENT HERE!!! Property management has changed three times in the past 6 yrs. And with each new property management comes a host of managers. The managers do not last long so there is no consistency in anything. They advertise "two sparkling pools"...if you like algae green that is. Pool was open a total of two weeks this year. Hasn't been cleaned in months except for the chlorine they pour in to get rid of the algae, then it's just cloudy. They hired security but there are only here to protect the prope... read more
Not bad at all anymore I have lived at Southwind for many years and have been through lots of changes. New owners, new management companies and managers. Managers have been the biggest jokes ever. But, the new manager is the BOMB!! He tries very hard to keep good neighbors for us and has no problem evicting someone who is a big problem. The current manager says that the "owner" is tired of the "crap" that has been allowed to happen over the last few years. The neighborhood is still south sac. but its not a bad placed to live... read more
