Staff is great
My experience with Avenue Living has been great since I moved into their apartment building in 2021. Yes, I’ve had pests but once management was made aware of them, pest control was called in. I also did extra cleaning to rid my apartment of them but all has been great. Management and maintenance have been easy to converse with, all issues are taken care of immediately.
