My experience with Avenue Living has been great since I moved into their apartment building in 2021. Yes, I’ve had pests but once management was made aware of them, pest control was called in. I also did extra cleaning to rid my apartment of them but all has been great. Management and maintenance have been easy to converse with, all issues are taken care of immediately. I had very negative experience with these apartment. We lived in these apartments almost 3 years, when we moved out the management overcharged refused to return the damage deposit. This is was extremely frustrating and felt completely unfair.
