I regret to say that my experience in this apartment has been incredibly disappointing. Despite making repeated requests for the repair of the washing machine over the course of 6 months, the management has shown a shocking lack of concern. It's beyond frustrating to have to deal with this ongoing inconvenience, and it's clear that tenant needs are not a priority here.
