I love taking my Pug to Southwick. Everyone there always does such a wonderful job taking care of her. They make her comfortable and I know they all care. I wouldn't take her anywhere else. Love the staff.
We have gone here for years. Dr. Bock has treated our hamster, guinea pigs, cats, and dogs. She is so wonderful and kind!!! You can tell how much she loves your pets! She saw our baby guinea pig today. Would highly recommend their office. When our cat passed away they were very thoughtful and so kind#
I am very upset with the staff at Southwick. I had to put my 19 year old cat to sleep this past week, and yesterday I received a card from them wishing her a speedy recovery. How insensitive can you be? This is not the first time the staff has screwed up. I had two other older cats put down in the past couple of years, and they messed up my order on the urns. At times when I have been very heartbroken, the staff has been very incompetent.
I called concerned with a sick guinea pig and Dr Bock squeezed us in with only an hour left in the day. Very much appreciate the extra time and care taken for our children’s pet. Highly recommend.
Love Southwick Veterinary hospital and all of the staff. Everyone there are so kind and caring about you as well as your animal. They saved my dog Tuckers life. I will never take my animals to any other veterinary. Love you Dr. Boch, Amber, Jennifer you are awesome!
