Lazy and Uncaring building management. Repair requests take over a year to even receive a response, oftentimes they are ignored completely. Exterior access doors are constantly having issues sometimes locking you out of the building. They do not maintain the trash chute leading to a constant smell of rotting food on the first floor. The building is average However, the staff who managed the building are exceptional, particularly has been very helpful and responsive and he's just is really a good guy.
This is a good place to live. The tenants, for the most part, are friendly and polite. The staff lately, with Ken Milligan, has been exemplary. Ken is an awesome manager who performs his duties with vigor and treats the residents in a friendly, yet professional manner. I have been here for over a decade and Ken is, by far, one of the best manager we have had since Q residential took over the building.
