We have been so grateful to have John and Brigitte as the superintendents here at Southwick Apartments-Skyline Living in Brantford. I don't even know where to start. This building will always have a special place in my heart. I just want to say that this place is 10x better because of the team that works in the building. Brigitte, John and Madyson, are really the heart of the building. They care about every tenant and they're always there to help. Everything is well maintained and the place does feel like home. I miss it so much already.
Huge shoutout to John, Brigitte and Maddison who work so hard to maintain a clean and friendly place to reside. As soon as you walk into the lobby you notice that someone cares as they put up season appropriate decorations (thank you Brigitte). Then as you wait for the elevator there are always a couple of motivations to read. We just had a great Halloween social where people got to enjoy some pizza and other treats, judge the pumpkins that residents had carved. So happy that I made the move to this building.
John and Brigitte are absolutely amazing property managers! They are incredibly helpful, responsive, and professional in every interaction. Whether it’s handling maintenance requests, answering questions, or just making sure everything runs smoothly, they go above and beyond. It’s rare to find people who genuinely care about both the property and the tenants.
I am continually impressed by the exceptional service provided by the superintendents in the apartment building.
