I am in the process of moving to a different property but still within this property management company. Currently I am in another state and have been spending a long time trying to coordinate a move. I have Contacted countless property management and rental companies, realtors, and even private rentals to no avail. I lived at Knollwood Apartments for 2.5 years. I loved it there! Janee’ with Keystone Management was incredibly amazing! I felt very safe and I felt “at home”, in my place. My neighbors were so friendly. Very quiet and peaceful environment. I moved out of North Carolina, but I would have stayed there had I not moved.

I moved to Southwick in 2021. Office staff is very friendly and professional. Maintenance repairs any issues within a reasonable amount of time. The only delay would be if they needed to order something, but they would be back the next morning to complete if needed. They have pest control coming in to spray on a set schedule. I've not seen a single bug inside since I moved in. They have an on site laundry room. The pool is open in the summer months. Neighbors are quiet and the yard maintenance is kept up as well. I have lived here at Longview apartments for two years.it has been great! the places are affordable and very well maintained! My experience with Any maintenance issues are taken care of amazingly fast I was actually shocked, the staff are friendly and respectful when they come to fix things. It’s quiet and always regularly sprayed to prevent any pests from invading. Very friendly, like renting from them. Need a bigger place. And they were right on it. Very clean .
