Roach infested, the grounds are often littered with trash, not sure what you're paying your maintenance for but it's not spraying for bugs. They just came in, thought no one was home so they did nothing and left. Don't waste your money here, find somewhere better.

ROACH INFESTED ...I moved in during the winter so nothing was crawling around but as soon as it warms up roaches everywhere I didn't want to renew anything ...I told him about it and nothing was still done ROACH INFESTED I JUST CANT DO ROACHES AND THE LIGHT BILL WAA EXTREMELY HIGH WHEN I WAS NEVER EVEN THERE MOSTLY AT WORK
I lived at Southwick for a year and had a very pleasant experience! Max was an amazing manager and was actively working to improve the property the whole time I was there. It is a clean and quiet complex with nice, respectful neighbors. If you are just starting out (or starting over), Southwick is a great place to start.
