waiting on hold for more then an hour? is the management kidding me? if you know your location is busy, why dont you hire one more secretary to answer calls? this is insane, all about to make $ without spending a penny on making the business grow. just greedy owners! try to find another location which doesnt have hours of wait on hold, and the service is not as bad as this location.
I loved this place! The staff is very friendly and nonjudgmental. All the nurses and doctors were so sweet as well. The offer financial assistance and also free prescription of birth control for up to a year after your abortion. I had a second trimester abortion 2 days ago and I honestly didn't feel a thing, I must have fell asleep because they give you several medications through an IV. I highly recommend this facility!
The employees are so mean and annoying I stayed there for almost 5hours on my first visit and they are not nice
