Dr. Artz has cared for my husband twice. We think she's awesome! She is a skilled surgeon, but also is a very caring practitioner.
He removed my thyroid 3 years ago and left tissue that is now growing. After many “cancellations” I was told I was being sent to an ENT who deals with thyroid issues. Wish he had done the surgery. This borders on malpractice as far as I am concerned. Maybe that’s why he skipped town. I wish I had read these reviews before he did my surgery.
Where did Dr. Balserak go? I called to make an appointment for my daughter to remove her gall bladder, I have a follow up appt. In July 2022. I just saw him last July 2021 on a yearly checkup for residual thyroid growth. I was told while trying to make appt for my daughter that he would be back the 1st week of October, when that came they told me they don’t know when he’s coming back, later told (2 weeks later) he retired.
